Google Adsense reporting system has been down sinse the wee hours of the morning with no word as to when the system will be back up.  Countless amounts of inquires have been made on Google Adsense message boards as well as in their customer reporting system.  The only message thus far that has been returned is that their engineers are aware of the issue and are investigating it. 

Their has been no mention as to if the system is still counting impressions or if the system is recoverable or not. 

To be down for so long I question what is going on?  Is this a major outage that will have major consequences.  We have yet to find out the answer to this…

Till then we all keep our fingers crossed hoping for the best….

This is the time of the month that a lot of the blogger release there profit reports.  Well, I don’t tend to talk about what I am earning on any of my blogs.  I am a little superstitious..  It seems that anytime I talk about money that I earn something major happens that hits me in the pocket..  And God knows I don’t want that to happen…  Also, there are a lot of prying eyes watching this blog that regurgitate the information…  And the only reason I believe a lot of the blogger release this information is to attract more people to the blog.  The more money there making, the more interested people are. 

I see that point..  And yes it works.. They say that sex and money are the two influence-rs of marketing..  But, I am not here to show you sex and money.. I want to show you what has worked for me to make your own money!!!  Then you can start a blog and if you feel like it you can show everyone how much money you are making… 

Anyways…  I hope the material of this blog speaks for itself.  Test out what I am saying..  Some of my ideas actually make sense..  I know…  Some of them don’t..  You didn’t have to say that…  :-(…   But, at least I am out here trying to make a difference…

So, don’t expect that I will release a lot of my financials..  It just does not pay off for me…  But please pay attention to the material..

Vote or Die!!  I heard that somewhere today and I thought that I blog about it.  This election is one of the most important elections of years since the era of Marting Luther King Jr.  Everyone wants change and leadership that will take care of us as citizens and tax payers.  But we also want protection from over seas.  Someone who can go over seas and speak of the topics that affect all of us.  Who is your canidate?  Who are you voting for and why?  On the demacrates side all of the canidates look strong.  I even like Edwards and what his message is.

On the republican, I can’t say the same.  A few of the canidates have shady pasts that just don’t sit well with me.  And what about the topics at hand.  Well, I am shooting for someone that supports universal health care, someone who has not waivered from their stance on the war, someone who will work and has a plan to lower the deficit, someone who will bring the good times back to the economy.  I get so tired of this time were is cost 5 dollars for a gallon of milk or gas cost 3 dollars a gallon.  This needs to change..  The middle class is getting hit harder than ever and there seems to be no relief in sight. So like I said before, what is your opinion of this race?

Microsoft Corp. has announced a lucrative unsolicited takeover offer of an slumping Internet icon Yahoo Inc. The offer of $44.6 billion is the boldest bid yet to challenge Google Inc.’s dominance. 

This was a sneak attack over the bow of Yahoo Inc.  Who would have speculated that Microsoft would pull a card like this one to buy out the second largest search engine in the world.  It will be interesting to see how this one will plays out.  Microsoft’s deal in general plays out like this, Microsoft has offered $31 per share in cash and stock.  This represents a 62% premium on Yahoo’s recent stock price.  Yahoo responded back Friday with a statement “carefully and promptly study Microsoft’s bid”.

As for Microsoft, Microsoft Chief Executive Steve Ballmer was quoted as saying 

Microsoft’s consistent belief has been that the combination of Microsoft and Yahoo! clearly represents the best way to deliver maximum value to our respective shareholders, as well as create a more efficient and competitive company that would provide greater value and service to our customers.

I am caught in a hard place with this takeover offer. I could understand were Microsoft is coming from. Yahoo has under performed for 4 quarters in a row and it seems there is not light at the end of the tunnel. But on the other had, I can understand Yahoo’s position. Who would want to be taken over by Microsoft. Yes, Microsoft has done well in the software industry but they have not done well in the search engine industry. They are dead last in the big three of all the search engine. So, if they are able to merge with Yahoo. Does two losers translate to a winner big enough to beat out Google. That will be interesting to see. I would not hold my breath though. Especially, if both stay with the same tactics that they have used before.
