How To Drive Consistant Traffic
There are plenty of techniques that webmasters swear by to drive consistent traffic to there sites. But which ones have proven to work and make a difference. Well, I think this is a subjective question. What has worked for others may not work for you. Different webmasters swear by different techniques. While others will dismiss certain techniques. So, I can only speak of what has worked for me.
- Article Marketing - I have had a great success with this technique. Though, there are a few drawbacks. Just writing one article will not make a difference. This techniques calls for multiple articles all centering on a topic. Also, writing articles takes a lot of time and effort.
- Participating in Forums - Participating in forums helps to get the word out about your work. It also brings about trust and establish you as an expert on a subject over time. But being consistent is very important as well as giving correct information that is useful.
- Social Media - This is fairly new and many people have not seen the results wanted from this technique. But this technique should not be used as a means to make a quick buck. Social media involves building up a network of people that once again will develop trust in your words. But once trust is established they will become a permanent ficture on your websites.
- PPC Marketing - PPC marketing is a quick means of driving traffic to a website. It does not take to long to setup and can drive traffic within a hour or so once setup. The trick with PPC is driving the traffic to landing pages that drive either income or provide leads to future income. One side not, find a course that teaches PPC marketing before just jumping into this. Making mistakes with PPC marketing can be a very expensive mistake.
