Nintendo Wii Fit Launches In US Market
My wife has been raving about this new Wii fit that is due to be released in the US market today. I have to admit, it is a pretty neat product. It has been a long time since a gaming system has come out with something that could appeal to the mass audience. Not just the gamers.
I admire Nintendo on their innovation and their forward thinking concerning not going with the statues quo. They took a definite chance with the Wii and to this date they have reaped the benefits. Now, all the other gaming systems are just playing catch up.
I am sure Microsoft and Sony will follow suit with future enhancements with their systems. Especially, since Nintendo has been able to cross over to an audience that at one time would not have even considered getting a gaming system.
It will be interesting to see what the future holds for the gaming industry in the near future, especially around Christmas.
