The Power of 2 Tier Affiliate Programs

I must admit I am a very lazy affiliate marketer.  I want to do the minimum I can and still make the big bucks.  And in some cases this is fine.  I have found that the golden goose egg for a lazy affiliate marketer in 2 tier affiliate programs.  I say the golden goose egg because these types of programs allow your the publisher to do a lot of work in the beginning and once the work is done that is all the work you will have to do.

What are 2 Tier affiliate program?  2 tier affiliate programs are kind of like multi-level programs like Amway.  But there are only 2 tiers to worry about.  Tier 1 is your tier and tier 2 is anyone else that signs up after clicking through one of your affiliate links.

What do I mean about work? Well the work come into play in building up a network of people that sign up after clicking your affiliate link.  This part is not easy.  It is basically trying to get everyone else to see the vision that you see in a companies affiliate program.  Some may see it right off but most likly than not it will take some convincing on your part.

How does a 2 Tier program work?  Basically you may get paid 5o% of a product if it sells coming from your tier 1 product and but here is the good part.  You may get 20% of all other products sold from other people that have signed up under your 2 tier.  You did not work to get that money except the initial work of getting people to sign up.  Some of these programs even make this a lifetime connection.  So, lets say you sign someone up when you were 20 years old and they stay active into your golden years of 60.  For 40 years you received affiliate income from anything that 2 tier person sold.  No questions asked.  What a great system!!!!

I hope I convinced you to take another look at 2 tier companies.  Over time it could be a very profitable relationship.

Here are a few companies that I know off right off the back that have 2 tier programs.

1.  DealDotcom - Great system that sells discounted programs and systems.  They have new discount everyday.  You have to purchase the system that day or you will not be able to get that deal ever again.

2.  Marketingtips.com - They have probably 10 to 20 products that follow the same 2 tier program.  The company is well respected and the product are of high quality.
