Using Keywords to Exploit Niche Markets

I have found myself spending a lot of time lately searching around wordtracker looking for niche markets.  I am amazed at how easy it has been to find keywords that are under estimated.  But have I been doing some of my research wrong?  I asked this question to myself because I read a very interesting article at worktracker (Identify And Exploit Niche Markets).  This article gave a hands on tuturial on how to use wordtracker to find niche keywords that can be built on or used to build niche articles or niche websites.  I especially like this article because it teaches how to drill down in a niche to really see if the keyword have a lot of traffic associated with it. 

I have to say that I have been lucky with some of my picks up to now.  I have found keywords that have given me returns in the thousands and have even given me returns on the first day to exploiting.  But I have also found duds.  Duds that look great when I first take a look at them, but when I built sites for them they just did not give me the ROI that I would have expected.  I want to narrow down this margin.  I want to make certain that if I take the time to build a site and publish it, that I will have a great chance to getting a immediate return.  With this article and the tuturial enclosed, I have stepped just a little closer to my goal.

If you have not taken a look into worktracker I would recommend spending some time with it.  Wordtracker is recommended by all the major search engine professionals and the money spent pays off nicely.
